Starbucks in Pocklington is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, support the Store Manager in their absence, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, manage rota planning, stock, and merchandising while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Experience leading or supervising a team within hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team by acting as second-in-command, delegating tasks, creating a positive working environment, and helping colleagues feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success.
• Coach, develop, and inspire team members through regular guidance, feedback, and mentoring to help individuals grow and perform at their best.
• Drive operational success by supporting rota planning in line with budgets and labour targets while encouraging the team to maximise promotions and enhance the customer experience.
