Job summary

Aspinal of London is seeking an inspiring Assistant Manager for our Selfridges London concession. You will lead the team on the shop floor, drive sales, and ensure an unforgettable luxury service experience for clients.

As a senior retail leader, you will model exceptional clienteling, nurture talent, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and operations, while deputising for the Concession Manager when required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within luxury or premium retail.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive commercial performance.
• Outstanding customer service and clienteling skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive attitude with genuine passion for luxury retail.
• Confidence to deputise for the Concession Manager and lead the business when required.

The Role
