Aspinal of London is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Selfridges London concession. The role focuses on leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will support sales growth, drive profitability, and embody the Aspinal brand on the shop floor, while mentoring staff and maintaining top-tier visual merchandising and operations. This is a hands-on leadership position in-store.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within luxury or premium retail.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and drive commercial performance.
• Outstanding customer service and clienteling skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Concession Manager in driving sales, profitability, and business performance.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and exceed commercial targets.
• Champion the Aspinal brand, ensuring every customer receives a luxury shopping experience that sets us apart.
• Motivate the team through hands-on leadership, feedback, and ongoing development.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Take ownership of the concession in the Manager's absence, ensuring the business continues to perform at the highest level.
