Job summary

Aspinal of London is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Selfridges London concession. The role focuses on leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will support sales growth, drive profitability, and embody the Aspinal brand on the shop floor, while mentoring staff and maintaining top-tier visual merchandising and operations. This is a hands-on leadership position in-store.

The Role

As Assistant Manager you’ll play a key role in leading the concession alongside the Concession Manager. You’ll inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve commercial success, and bring the Aspinal brand to life every day.

Leading by example on the shop floor, you’ll create an engaging, client-focused environment where every interaction feels personal, memorable, and distinctly Aspinal. You’ll also support the day-to-day running of the concession, ensuring operational excellence while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
