Loungers plc in St Albans is seeking an Assistant Manager for Cosy Club, delivering a lively brunch‑to‑evening guest experience. You will lead a hospitality team, uphold service standards, and manage daily operations across shifts.

The role offers a base salary in the £33.5k–£36.5k range with up to £3k bonus, plus tronc (£8.5k–£11k) and overtime pay. Benefits include paid time off and staff perks in a vibrant hospitality group.

Our Assistant Managers act as a role model to our Cosy Clubbers and can spot when your attention is required from the corner of your eye and act on it. Working with us,you could earn in the region of circa £45,500 per year:

• Base Salary: Bewteen £33,500 and £36,500 per year depending on experience
• Up to £3k annual bonus potential in addition to the base salary advertised
• Tronc: Estimated between £8.5k - £11k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
