Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You’ll lead a pub team, deliver memorable guest experiences, and support the General Manager.

• Previous experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a branded pub environment.

As an Assistant Manager you’ll:

Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you’ll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.
