Job summary

Marston’s PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team. You’ll step up when the General Manager isn’t around and lead from the front to create memorable guest experiences.

You’ll support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs, inspire and motivate the team on every shift, and be accountable for the pub's operation when deputising. Our Aspire programme supports your progression toward a General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a branded environment.
