Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our Costessey pub team, driving guest experiences and supporting the General Manager. You’ll manage workflows, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pub team in a branded environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive KPI targets and guest satisfaction.
