Job summary

Marston’s PLC in the UK is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a pub team, stepping in for the General Manager when required and driving memorable guest experiences.

You’ll motivate shifts, support the GM in delivering financial KPIs, and bring prior experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded setting.

Our Aspire programme and Management Development training provide clear progression to a General Manager role, with benefits and a lively, people-focused environment.

• Experience as an Assistant/Deputy Manager in a like-for-like branded pub environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team across shifts.
• Experience deputising for the General Manager.
