Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in the UK. You’ll help lead the team, step in for the General Manager, and drive guest satisfaction with a passion for service and local community involvement.

You’ll support the GM in delivering financial KPIs, motivate staff on every shift, and be accountable for operations when deputising. Flexible and part-time hours may be available to fit your life and development goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a similar branded environment.
