Job summary

Coy Carp, part of Mitchells & Butlers’ Vintage Inns portfolio, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will mentor staff, drive service standards and help manage day-to-day operations to keep the pub busy and welcoming.

• Previous management experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when required.
