Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for the White Lion at Vintage Inns. You’ll bring management experience to support the General Manager, lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experience, and mentor individuals to be their best.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant or pub management.
• Ability to train and inspire teams.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Willingness to be Duty Manager when GM is absent.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire team to deliver food, drink, and service.
• Lead development within the team.
• Deliver moments that WOW guests and encourage repeat visits.
