Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is looking for an Assistant Manager at Ember Inns to support the General Manager, lead and motivate the team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll mentor staff, manage daily operations, and step in as Duty Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or pubs is preferred.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver excellent guest service.
• Act as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable.
• Lead the team to create memorable guest experiences.
