Join the Ship Inn, part of Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited, where you’ll support the General Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Using your management experience, you’ll mentor team members, drive service standards, and be a role model for development while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and guest satisfaction.

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
