Job summary

Harvester's Navigation Inn is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, mentor the team and deliver a great guest experience.

You'll lead by example, train staff, and drive service standards to create memorable moments that keep guests coming back. The role includes supervising shifts and ensuring smooth nightly operations, with onsite accommodation as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership/management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-service oriented approach.
• Ability to train and mentor a team to deliver high standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be the role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow guests and encourage repeat visits.
