Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, home to Navigation Inn - Harvester, is seeking an Assistant Manager. You’ll support the General Manager in leading the team to deliver excellent guest experience, mentoring staff to be the best they can be, and stepping in as Duty Manager when needed.

• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
