Job summary

Mitchells & Butler's Navigation Inn - Harvester in Enfield, United Kingdom, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the team in delivering excellent guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, drive service standards, and act as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable. Join a brand known for rotisserie chicken, grills, and salad bar, with a focus on welcoming guests and building a great team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to lead by example and develop team.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver guest moments that WOW and encourage repeat visits.
