Job summary

Harvester is seeking a General Manager for the Mandeville Arms site. You’ll lead and develop a team, drive guest experiences and ensure consistent, high‑quality food and service across a busy operation.

The role includes onsite accommodation (2 bedrooms) and a robust package including bonus schemes, strong staff discounts, private medical and dental plans, pension, 25 days holiday, and shares. You’ll help grow the business and smash targets.
