Job summary

The Highwayman is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding guest experiences at Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery venues. You’ll motivate, mentor and develop staff while ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate a team to deliver guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to be proud of.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to WOW guests and encourage repeat visits.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
