Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring an Assistant Manager at the Navigation Inn - Harvester. You’ll bring your management experience to support the General Manager and lead your team to deliver an excellent guest experience.

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
• Inspire and train your team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow our guests and keep them returning.
