Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager at Arkle Manor. You will support the General Manager, lead and motivate your team, and help deliver a superb guest experience.

The role offers onsite accommodation and a supportive environment with pension, holidays, discounts, and shares. You will coach staff, ensure standards, and oversee daily operations to keep guests coming back.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in daily operations and rota planning.
• Train and motivate team to deliver high standards of service.
• Act as Duty Manager when GM is absent.
• Drive guest satisfaction and WOW moments.
