Hungry Horse is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy pub team. You will help run daily operations, demonstrate leadership by example, and ensure customers and staff have a great time. You’ll drive brand standards, coach the team, and stay adaptable during peak periods.

You will need excellent English communication skills and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day running of the business and lead in their absence.
• Bring the brand to life by leading the team to deliver amazing experiences for customers.
• Act as a role model and support training and development of staff.
