Hungry Horse in Buckshaw Village is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy pub team. You’ll support the General Manager in daily operations, lead by example, and ensure guests enjoy great service.

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
• Lead the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
• Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development.
• Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times.
