Greene King’s Hungry Horse pub is hiring an Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations, lead the team and ensure customers and colleagues have a great time from opening to close. You’ll bring energy to deliver memorable experiences in a busy pub environment.

You’ll role-model brand standards, train and develop staff, and champion safety and allergen controls while delivering hospitality at pace in a lively setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering great customer service in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong communication and people skills.
