Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor in QSR/high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to lead busy shifts and make operational decisions.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and adaptable approach.
• Knowledge of food safety and health & safety standards.
• Passion for delivering great customer service and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with day-to-day running of the restaurant.
• Lead shifts and ensure smooth, efficient operational execution.
• Motivate, coach and develop team members.
• Deliver an excellent guest experience and maintain high brand standards.
• Support stock control, ordering and inventory management.
• Ensure all procedures and systems are followed.
• Help build a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Maintain cleanliness, health & safety and food safety.
• Support labour management and shift planning.
• Step up and take ownership of the restaurant when required.
