Marston's plc is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy pub team and deliver memorable guest experiences in Wakefield. You’ll step up for the General Manager, drive sales, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around.
• Lead from the front to create memorable experiences that bring guests back.
• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
