Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our pub team in Wakefield. You’ll lead and motivate a busy crew, helping deliver great guest experiences and memorable moments. You’ll oversee daily operations, support opening/closing, stock, and cash handling, and act as a role model for service at busy times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Able to supervise shifts and cash handling.
• Demonstrates strong customer service.
