Marston's Plc is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and help lead a busy pub operation. You will support the General Manager in driving KPIs, guest satisfaction, and team performance while delivering a safe and welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a similar/branded environment is desirable.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with a passion for guest service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Support the General Manager in achieving financial and KPI targets.
• Lead and motivate the pub team across shifts to deliver consistent guest experiences.
• Represent the GM in their absence and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Be accountable for running the Pub when deputising for the GM.
• Contribute to a positive, compliant and guest-focused service environment.
