Five Guys in Stevenage seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in driving profitability and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will lead, coach and develop teams on shift, ensuring smooth operations and a strong focus on customer service.

You will manage day-to-day store performance, support with P&L and cost controls, and uphold Five Guys’ standards while inspiring others to live our values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams to deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach restaurant teams to achieve profitability and sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with P&L management and cost controls to optimise store performance.
