Marston's is seeking an Assistant Manager in Newcastle to join our community pub team and lead from the front to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team.
• Strong focus on delivering memorable guest experiences and KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Lead from the front to create memorable guest experiences.
• Be accountable for the pub operation when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a similar branded environment.
