Marston’s plc is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our lively pub team. You’ll support the General Manager, lead from the front, and create memorable guest experiences that keep customers coming back.

You’ll be responsible for inspiring your team on every shift, upholding our values, and delivering great service while ensuring smooth operation in the GM’s absence. A performance-driven role with career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded pub environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team and drive great guest experiences.
• Willing to deputise for the General Manager when required.

• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift
