Marston's in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in Norwich area. You will support the General Manager, lead from the front, and drive memorable guest experiences while upholding brand standards.

As part of the Aspire development pathway, you will grow towards a General Manager role with access to our training platform and ongoing career progression. A flexible, supportive environment and employee benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a pub team or similar in a branded environment.
• Willingness to deputise for the General Manager as needed.
• Ability to drive financial and business KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI's.
• Inspire and motivate pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for the operation when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/branded environment.
