Job summary

Marston's is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around and leading from the front to create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.

You will support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI targets, inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift, be accountable for the operation when deputising for the GM, and embark on the Aspire programme to progress toward a General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/branded environment
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team
• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI targets
• Be accountable for the pub's operation when deputising for the GM

Responsibilities
