Job summary

Pret A Manger is looking for an Assistant Manager in Manchester to support the General Manager in running the shop and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team, uphold high food quality, and maintain standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for coaching front-of-house and kitchen operations, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive customer journey in line with Pret’s values.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, food production, or another fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team, drive performance, and maintain high operational standards.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and food quality.
