Pret A Manger is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running the shop and delivering the Pret experience. You will lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure products, service and standards reflect Pret's commitment to quality.

This role requires hospitality or retail background, the ability to manage front of house and kitchen operations during busy periods, and a passion for people development.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, food production, or another fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team, drive performance.
• Maintain high operational and food safety standards and foster a positive environment.
