Job summary

Pret A Manger is seeking an Assistant Manager in Bristol to support the General Manager in daily shop operations and to lead by example, delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining outstanding food quality and high standards.

You will develop and coach your team, manage front of house or kitchen operations as needed, drive performance, and help ensure stock, waste control and food safety are kept to Pret’s renowned levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, food production, or a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the shop in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Lead by example, motivate and develop the team, and ensure products, service and standards reflect Pret’s reputation.
