You will support the General Manager in daily operations, coach front‑of‑house and kitchen staff, and ensure food quality and safety are maintained to reflect Pret’s values.

You’ll be a visible leader, inspiring colleagues with warmth and drive, while managing stock, waste, and service delivery to create a thriving shop

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, food production, or another fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team, drive performance and maintain high standards.
• Flexible to support front of house or kitchen operations.
