Prezzo Italian is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, lead shifts with confidence, and deliver outstanding hospitality to every guest.

You’ll recruit and develop the team, help manage rosters and costs, drive local initiatives and guest engagement, and ensure food safety and brand standards on every shift. You'll learn the Prezzo Way and build lasting connections with guests and colleagues as you work toward running your own Prezzo Italian.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts in busy hospitality.
• Commercial awareness with ability to drive sales and control costs.
• People-first leadership, coaching and developing others.
• Pride in food and exceptional hospitality.
• Ambition to run a restaurant someday.
• Working knowledge of licensing, food safety and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts from the front and set service standards.
• Recruit, train and develop the team.
• Support the GM with rosters balancing demand and wellbeing.
