Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Head Chef to lead the kitchen and drive excellence in service and food quality. You will head a dynamic kitchen team, ensuring consistency in freshly prepared pasta, pizza and Italian favourites across the restaurant network.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
• Understand stock, waste, labour and kitchen costs and how to run an efficient operation.
• Food safety/HACCP standards and high kitchen cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and develop a brilliant kitchen team.
