Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy centre, with thorough induction and training across lanes, the bar and diner, and the amusements area. You will coach and mentor the team, run exceptional front-of-house operations, and support the General Manager back-of-house in delivering centre goals and financial targets.

You will ensure the centre upholds the best standards and a safe, fun customer environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• A passion for customer service.
• Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
