Domino's in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Manager to take charge of store operations during your shift, ensuring smooth running in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You’ll organise the team, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain high operational standards.

You will coach and develop team members to help them reach their full potential, work evenings and weekends, and comply with Food Hygiene Regulations and Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during designated shifts.
• Open and close the store, manage shift changes, and complete shift reports.
• Ensure all food preparation meets company standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate, and outstanding service to customers.
• Maintain product control and correct volumes.
• Keep store cleaning standards.
• Complete statutory paperwork per Food Hygiene Regulations and Health & Safety standards.
