Upham Inns in Wallingford is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead hospitality teams and drive guest experiences to a high standard. You will be on the floor, sharing responsibility for service, staff development, and operational success.

The role requires supervisory hospitality experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. A clear pathway to General Manager awaits the right candidate.

Formación

• Previous supervisory experience within Hospitality
• The Right to Work in the UK
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for staff development and upskilling
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Innovative, trustworthy and impartial
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery of guest experience at a high level with consistency through every shift
• Overall responsibility for the food and beverage
• Achieving the KPI's / performance metrics for the ongoing financial success of the business
• HR responsibilities including recruitment and development of staff
• Stock controls
• Drive business through the delivery of consistent guest experiences
• Opening and closing of the business
