Upham Inns is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead front-of-house teams across our pubs. You will manage shifts, brief staff, and drive promotions to deliver outstanding customer service in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must have proven restaurant experience.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Organised with ability to manage shifting schedules.
• Right to work in the UK and flexibility for weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team during shifts.
• Hold pre-session briefings and brief/train staff on products and promotions.
• Drive promotional activities and upsell with the team.
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally, escalating to management when needed.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and consistent experience across departments.
• Support General/Assistant Managers to run the business effectively.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
