Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead service from the floor across our cosy pubs and brasseries. You’ll mentor the team, manage guest experience and help run daily operations with a focus on fresh seasonal dishes and hospitality excellence.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years as an Assistant Manager, experience with branded sites, and a track record of leadership. 48 hours per week, with opportunities for progression and benefits including referral bonuses and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Passionate and vibrant personality, a real people person who cares for guests, team and experience.
• Confident in running a service from the floor, fresh food restaurant experience and delivering training and support to team members.
• Able to run different aspects of hospitality, including bar, host stand and reception for rooms, with leadership skills.
• 2–3 years experience as an Assistant Manager, ideally with branded operations knowledge and assisting the General Manager with admin, staffing and financials.
