Heartwood Collection is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead guest service on the floor, develop and coach the team, and support the General Manager with admin and financial tasks. The role covers bar, host stand and rooms operations across our branded sites.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience as an Assistant Manager, ideally with branded operations knowledge.
• Assist the General Manager with admin, staffing and financial aspects of running a site.
• Confident in running a service from the floor and delivering training to team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead service from the floor and manage guest experience.
• Deliver training and support to team members.
• Run different aspects of hospitality, including bar and host stand.
