The Walcot Group Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for Green Street Bristol. You will support the General Manager and Kitchen Manager to drive store growth, ensure service quality, safety, and team performance in a busy bakery/cafe setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bakery/Busy Cafe environments is essential.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety protocols.
• Proven ability to lead and train teams toward consistent service quality.
