Loungers is hiring an Assistant Manager for Ludo Lounge to lead shifts, motivate the team and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will support the General Manager, drive service standards and help recruit and train new staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality roles at supervisor/assistant manager level.
• Ability to lead by example on the floor and motivate a team.
• Strong customer service focus with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of shifts (opens/closes/weekends) and delegate tasks to the team.
• Coach team members with regular feedback to build a positive workplace.
• Understand rotas, stock, labour, KPIs and support the General Manager when needed.
• Handle escalated customer issues with sound judgement and maintain safety standards.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new starters.
