Qualifications

• Hospitality experience at supervisor/Assistant Manager level.
• Experience leading teams on busy shifts.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of shifts (opens/closes/weekends) and motivate the team.
• Coach team with regular feedback to maintain a positive work culture.
• Manage rotas, stock, labour, KPIs and support the General Manager.
• Handle customer complaints with good judgement and maintain safety standards.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new starters.
• Be a visible, welcoming host on the floor and build Lounges reputation.
