Job summary

Loungers is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for Martello Lounge to support the General Manager, lead shifts and inspire the team to deliver outstanding hospitality. This role is ideal for an experienced supervisor or deputy manager looking to progress within Loungers across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is required.
• Ability to lead shifts, coach staff and maintain standards.
• Experience in restaurants, bars, or cafés is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts (opens/closes/weekends) and delegate to your team.
• Coach the team with regular feedback to foster engagement.
• Understand rotas, stock, labour and KPIs and support the GM.
• Handle customer complaints with good judgement and maintain standards.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new starters.
• Be an ambassador on the floor and grow Lounges' local reputation.
