Loungers’ Volo Lounge is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, look after your team, and ensure every guest leaves happy. If you love hospitality and take pride in the small things, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor, deputy, or assistant manager in hospitality.
• Ability to lead a team and manage shifts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts, brief the team, and delegate tasks.
• Coach team with feedback and maintain standards.
• Oversee rotas, stock, and KPIs with GM support.
• Handle guest concerns with good judgement and allergen safety.
• Assist recruitment and onboarding.
• Be a welcoming host and uphold Lounges reputation.
